Community Concierge Services was built from one valet trash contract that began in 2016. We quickly realized that the on site teams and tenants enjoyed the idea behind valet trash but were receiving sub-par service. We set out to change that experience.
Our focus was to be solely on the quality of the service provided, rather than how many doors we could accumulate. With quality as our driving force, we have organically grown into 8 states and serving over 50,000 doors and growing. This controlled growth can only be attributed to our open lines of communications, our speediness in response time, and focusing on hiring the right people for the job. Our focus is and always will be on our client’s experience.

How many nights a week do we pick up?
We at CCS understand every property has different needs, thus we offer 5, 6, and 7 night a week pick up options.
Does the valet trash service include recycling?
Yes, if the community is set up to receive recycled items, we offer it as part of our service.
Do we, as mangers, receive violation reports?
Yes! We have created our own app that records timed stamp photos, unit numbers and descriptions of each violation. That report is sent the morning following that night of service.
What time does CCS Service begin?
Each community has different needs so start times vary.
Does CCS provide containers?
Yes, CCS provides containers to each doorstep at the onset of service for no additional cost.
Trash was not collected. What do I do?
Trash may not be collected for a few different reasons including residents not following guidelines, trash being set out after our collection has occurred, or trash being pulled back inside the residents unit prior to our collection concluding.
